                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM GREGORY J. MISHICA AND
                   KATHIE O. MISHICA RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   73B-1, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS III, TRACT
                   NO. 666, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO
                   THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Gregory J. Mishica and Kathie 
O.
       Mishica relative to Contract No. 73B-1, Big Ridge Collector 
Sewers
       III, Tract No. 666, for a total consideration of Two Thousand
       Dollars ($2,000.00).
